All the new desktop computers and notebooks now come with Office Starter preinstalled, but every time you format the computer or do a factory restore and need to reinstall Office starter again it can takes several minutes, sometime even hours, to install and update it using the old setup folders included by the OEM. This tools allows updating those folders (or create new, with the correct SetupConsumerC2ROLW.exe file) to the latest Office Starter build to make installs quicker and permanent (when you install the latest version you won't keep getting the messages about Office downloading new features).

In short, this tool can:
retrieve the latest office 2010 starter setup files from the public click2run server (you must have a valid setup executable)
create office-to-go USB sticks without requiring office 2010 starter to be installed
update your previous office setup folder or office-to-go sticks

How to use
Create an office 2010 starter install folder
Select a previous Office Starter install folder, or put the "SetupConsumerC2ROLW.exe" for the language you want in a new folder (if you don't have it you can download it from here, thanks to spiralien)
Select your language on the "Language" setting (it must match the language of the previous Office 2010 Starter install folder or the "SetupConsumerC2ROLW.exe" setup file you used)
Select "Office 2010 Starter Setup Folder" on the "Folder Layout" setting (default value)
Click Start and wait for the download to complete

Create an office-to-go pendrive
Select the root folder of the pendrive
Select the language you need on the "Language" setting
Select "Office 2010 To Go" on the "Folder Layout" setting
Click Start and wait for the download to complete
